Psalm Study began January 15!
We are hosting a study on the Psalms using a book from Dr. John Bergsma. We will meet on Thursday mornings from 10:45 AM-Noon for 6-7 weeks. The books have been ordered but if anyone is still interested, we can order more. We only had one person for an evening class so will just host in the morning at this time. Any questions, contact Marie Sheridan

Are you a Homebound Minister?
Would you consider becoming a Homebound minister??
Homebound ministers take the Eucharist to those that cannot attend mass due to their health.
There is much need in our parish and we would value more ministers.
We are hosting a training for current and new homebound ministers on Sunday, February 15 at 9:45 AM in RE Room 6.
Contact Deacon Bill Kenney or Marie Sheridan if you have questions or cannot attend this training.

HOSPITALITY NEEDED!
We have been blessed to have eight adults and older teens join our OCIA process to become Catholic!
Our sessions will be on Monday evenings, and we like to provide some kind of snack each week, probably for 15 people, as many bring sponsors with them. We are seeking volunteers to provide two finger food snacks such as cookies, veggies, cheese & crackers, etc., each week. Carol Philips has volunteered to coordinate and will make reminder calls each week.
A signup sheet is in Higgins Hall. Snacks can be dropped off on Sunday, labeled and put in the Kitchenette refrigerator or brought in on Monday.
Any questions contact Marie Sheridan at msheridandre@gmail.com or call/text 517/281-1440

ShopWithScrip is now RaiseRight
Scrip ( NOW RaiseRight) is gift cards from national and local retailers. They’re the same gift cards that you buy at the store. Many popular retailers participate in the RaiseRight program including Meijer, Wal-Mart, VG’s, Tanger Outlet Mall, Subway, Panera, Starbucks, Speedway, etc. We have $25 Journeys cards and $25 iTunes cards available! There are hundreds of retailers available, check out this LIST as of December, 2024 .
Participating RaiseRight retailers sell gift certificates to the parish at a discount. You buy the gift cards for full face value through the parish; redeem them for full face value, and St. Agnes keeps the difference as revenue.
The parish has purchased some of the most popular gift cards to have on hand. Cards may be purchased by check, cash or credit card (3% fee will apply to credit cards). Order forms are also available for ordering cards we do not have in stock. Individuals may set up their account and link to us at raiseright.com and our enrollment code is 6EBC75C44193L.
AND, RaiseRight now has an app! Check out this VIDEO for more info!
So, whether you are purchasing groceries for the holidays, teachers gifts, gift cards or have a home improvement project lurking in the future please keep us in mind. Every little bit helps!!
